Flea Control
Okay, our dogs have fleas. They are indoor dogs. And despite using the flea drops and giving them flea preventive heartworm medicine, and flea baths, and treading the furniture and carpets for fleas, they still have fleas and we can keep them slightly under control but can't get rid of them completely. What do you use on your dogs for flea control. How well does it work?
Fleas
Does anyone know how to stop fleas from getting on my puppy every time I take him out? I give him a flea bath that kills the fleas he has on him .Then when I take him out he gets more. I have only had him 24 hrs and already have given him 2 flea baths!I need to find something that truly repels fleas.
My cat is driving me crazy what should I do??:
I've had this cat ever since she was a kitten (she is now 9 years old)& I love her, but my patience is starting to run out with her. Her name is Shakespeare & lately she has been acting out. I find her spread out sleeping on my dinningroom table, but to make matters worse she has fleas. Lots & lots of fleas. She also has flea bites that are scabbing over. She scratches so bad that she has been pulling out her flur. I find it everywhere around the house. I have tried everything to get rid of them. Flea baths, flea sprays, flea powder. You name it I've tried it. There is only one thing that I found to have worked. The thing is it costs $40 but then it only lasts for one month. We just can't afford to buy that every month. Then there is the fact that she constantly eats...all day long on & off she eats. She eats so fast sometimes that she throws it right back up. Then I find that all over my house afterwards. She has done that ever since she was a kitten but lately it's gotten much worse. I have stains on my carpet that wont even come out anymore. I thought about picking up her food dish, but I can't because my other cat is a picky eater. She nibbles here & there through out the day....
Question about our new kittens
Okay, we got two kittens from some people and brought them home. They are covered with fleas. We have gave them 3 flea baths today and they still have them. I really don't want to do anymore on them today since their skin is getting a little pink from the flea shampoo(I am guessing). Is there some other way to get rid of their fleas? And if so, how?
