| Phoenix wins homecourt advantage in the first round | | The Phoenix impressively and convincingly defeated the Denver Nuggets, 123-101, in their second to the last game of the season and have won homecourt advantage in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs. It was a homecourt tussle between the Suns and Nuggets who could be facing each other in the first round in the Western Conference playoffs. Phoenix is holding a 53-28 record with still a game more to go while the Nuggets finished the season with a 53-29 card. The Nuggets are assured of the fifth spot as the Portland Trail Blazers, San Antonio Spurs, and Oklahoma City Thunder are at least 2.5 games behind them. The Suns however still has the chance of improving their placing with a win in their last game should the Utah Jazz lose. Both the Suns and Jazz are tied with just a game left to go. The Suns and Jazz would face for the last regular season game of the 2009-2010 season. The winner will move up to the third spot in the West and ha the chance to move up to the second spot should the Dallas Mavericks lose to the Spurs (a possible first round match up).The Western Conference placings still won't be settled until the final game ends. | |

| Laziness, Taking Advantage or Plain Stupid? | | I recently went to visit my partner and followed him to work; just to see how they conduct they work and the environment. But one thing that I notice, the other workers tend to be missing or leaving without telling and if there were around both will spend their time with forex and leave all the work to my partner. I cannot say a word about this because I a nobody here, just a visitor. So what do you think are they plan lazy, taking advantage of just plain stupid that they cannot give commitment to their work. Many people now days prefer taking a credit card.A credit card is boon when you need money urgently, or when you are unable to pay by cash.....
A credit card once taken you might observe your expenses increases....you rely on you credit card for any thing you purchase.........
It's just a swipe and signature that does the transaction......but you yourself pay the bill after some days time.....so why do you need credit card??
I have recently taken one and i find my expenses tripled after taking it....
So it proves to me as a burden but in case of sudden accidents where you need money and you don't have credit card might be considered as a boon......
Please share your experiences of using your credit cart...do you consider it as a boon or a burden which you have taken it by yourself?? | |

| Taken advantage of | | Hello fellow Mylotters. I have a situation on my hands that has just come to my attention only a few hours ago. I am still FUMING mad about this.Without going into too much detail, because I do not believe in spreading others business around publicly here goes.There is someone I opted to help for a little bit. Well, it turns out they are spreading rumors about me that are not so favorable. Of course if they were nice ones I guess I wouldn't be so hopping mad right now would I? I have also found out they are taking advantage of me and perhaps have even stolen from me. Here, I'm trying to help out, I'm trying to be nice and feel what situation they are in. I've been in similar circumstance, but I have NEVER done this to anyone. Have you ever been in a situation with someone similar to this? If so, how did you handle it?Happy Mylotting! | |

For instance, at my work, my boss treat women better than their male co - worker. Although it was not fair, but we all understand why. Women can come in as late as 20 to 30 minutes. While for male, they are expected to be punctuality. Usually at a date, or at a get together dinner, male has to show their side of gentlemen; they are expected to take care of the bills.
Especially women with good look, they are popular among the others, and you can see they have even more advantages. What do you think? | |
